3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlsky login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phlsky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phlsky immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.5 Account Ownership. phlsky accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlsky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. phlsky reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.
4.4 Funds Held on Account. Player funds held in phlsky accounts are kept separate from phlsky's operational funds. phlsky does not use player funds for operational purposes.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your phlsky account using any payment method that does not belong to you. Deposits made using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials will result in immediate account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities.
5.1 phlsky may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phlsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or service interruption.
9.3 phlsky's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.3 phlsky's decisions on matters within its discretion under these Terms (including but not limited to bonus eligibility, fair play determinations, and account actions) are final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine law.
